“Having witnessed the success of Business@Brooklands and its CSR Forum operating within the local area, I couldn’t think of a better organisation to be the driving force behind the creation of a platform to recognise CSR on a national level. The recognition such an award will bring will act as a spur to others keen to promote CSR initiatives.”
Rt. Hon. Philip Hammond MP
“It’s great to step away from the day job to look at the broader picture and hear about what other companies are up to!”
“The award itself is incredible – very unique and something to treasure.”
“You are carving out a new style of event for a new crowd; putting the fun back into ‘susty’!”
“The whole event was perfectly organised and had a really positive buzz.”
“What a first class event that was! Although only a little disappointed not to win, it was tremendous to reach the final round against big global players.”
Who runs the Awards?
Business@Brooklands is a not for profit, established business community initiative designed to encourage and foster potential business relationships and to truly ‘keep business local’. The initiative supports collaboration, community initiatives and charities in the local area.
Business@Brooklands is one of the first truly collaborative business communities, whose members include up to 70 businesses operating in the Brooklands and Weybridge area – from SMEs to large corporates.
There are over 200 businesses within the 1 mile radius of Brooklands and after a successful launch, Business@Brooklands now runs one of the only CSR Forums in the UK; endorsed by Rt. Hon. Philip Hammond MP, Chancellor of the Exchequer.
